A group of members make the Garden Manager team. This team regularly meet to discuss garden specific issues, season set up requirements, and other key projects. The team cover the following portfolios:
Each week managers list the work that needs to be actioned via a whiteboard. This list is accessible to all. Once an item has been completed it's removed from the list.
New members are welcome to join in a team one of the above areas. Each team is led by the Manager.
MCGG is a community run, not-for-profit organisation that is managed by a group of volunteer members who form a Committee of Management through an incorporated association..
Each year a voluntary member committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting(AGM).
Four committee meetings are held throughout the year to discuss and work through issues and actions.
